FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Conveyor units in all parts of the module production process. The conveyors consist of cross conveyor, vertical conveyor, 90°steering conveyor, jacking rotation conveyor, folding passageway conveyor and transitional conveyor, ect.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
The rack adopts high-strength aluminum profile structure, featuring good elasticity and non-vulnerablility to deformation.
The transmission unit adopts dedicated mould opening aluminum lead rail and synchronous belt or rubber-coated roller, featuring smooth and stable transmission without damage to the module.
The folding passageway adopts dual-cylinder downward folding to ensure vertical, stable and fast downward turning, without jitter.
The lifting mechanism adopts dual-cylinder structure to ensure stable jacking and steering and no occurrence of jumping and shaking.
After lamination, the conveyor adopts heat-resisting materials, matched with fans to ensure fast cooling after module lamination.
The conveyor line adopts modularized design easy for installation and maintenance. Each conveyor line adopts its independent control cabinet.
