STRUCTURAL FEATURES
The frame is of welded square tube structure, featuring sturdy construction, durable service and good stability.
The equipment is provided with high-performance motor and variable-frequency and speed-governing braking for stable operation and accurate control.
The conveying guide rail adopts high-strength aluminum profile structure, with adjustable width to meet the requirements of all module sizes. Photoelectric sensor is equipped for positioning and air cylinder for blocking, to ensure accurate module position.
The distance between the modules and the test surface is controlled within 30mm to ensure the accurate result.
Automatic wiring test is achieved without manual operation.
